Responsibilities:

 

• Prepare for and attend all trials or other legal proceedings as required

• Draft, revise and review corporate, business, and other relevant documents

• Perform thorough investigation of complaints

• Assessing legal risk and potential damages and proposing recommendations to client

• Traveling to and attending mediation, deposition and any additional hearing, will be required on a regular basis

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Three to five years of relevant experience

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar is required

• Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, with an ability to scrutinize the complexities of legal issues to create comprehensive analyses is required

• Must have a strong ability to organize and prioritize deadlines in a challenging work environment

• Must demonstrate ability to maintain and update all files despite simultaneously working with a wide range of clients
