Stella Son's practice encompasses the full spectrum of U.S. government regulatory compliance and international trade, with a focus on;​

  • Regulatory compliance with US governments such as the US Food and Drug Administration, the US Customs & Border Protection, the US Department of Agriculture, the US Environmental Protection Agency, etc.

  • FSMA regulatory compliance practice

  • US CBP protest and petition, Form 28/29 response, Country of Origin, Classification, Valuation, Marking, C-TPAT certification and validation

  • Strategic consulting in response to FDA import alerts, CBP seizure, and forfeiture

  • Exporter(importer)’s regulatory compliance policies and procedures

Having collaborated with ACI LAW GROUP PC for more than 15 years, she provides legal and consulting services to numerous companies, guiding them through every stage from the establishment of a US corporation to its dissolution. She covers a wide range of matters in the fields of business law, maritime and transportation law, and customs and international trade law. She has conducted research services for Korean government agencies and actively participates in the production of both regular and irregular informative publications and guidance.
